The key difference is the initial state and control logic. In simple terms, check whether it is connected or disconnected at room temperature, without power and without a fault.
When selecting a thermostat switch for AC or DC circuits, consider rated voltage and current, operating temperature range, breaking and closing capacity, reliability and stability.
Check whether the mode is selected correctly, whether the probe is loose or detached, and whether the wiring terminal has poor contact.
It is not recommended to extend factory leads casually. Excessive wire length may affect heat conduction and protection response speed.
Auto reset reconnects after cooling down. Manual reset locks out after overheating and requires manual reset before power can be restored.
